    Deciding what needs a second pair of eyes before it is used.

    • Set a proportionate review threshold for your team
  3. 3.Incidents and records

    2 hrs

    What to do when AI-assisted work goes wrong, and what an auditor will ask for.

    • Handle and record an AI-related incident
  4. 4.The team AI register

    1 hrs

    Setting up a lightweight register of what the team uses AI for, that survives contact with a busy month.

    • Set up a use register the team will maintain

How it is delivered

A facilitator runs the course live, in person or live online. Attendance is taken per session, participants submit work against the modules above, and a facilitator grades it. Those records stay with the organisation and can be exported.
