AI in the Executive Workflow

Senior leaders working on their own material rather than talking about AI in the abstract: board papers, briefing notes, analysis of a long document, and the tools that make it repeatable.

What participants can do afterwards

  • Use an AI assistant on your own briefing and board material
  • Interrogate a long document you have been asked to approve
  • Set up the small number of tools that fit how you actually work
  • Judge when the output is good enough to put your name to
  • Know exactly what senior material can and cannot enter a tool

Modules

4 modules, 5 facilitated hours.

  1. 1.Your own material, not a demo

  3. 3.A small, repeatable setup

    1 hrs

Choosing the few tools that fit an executive workload and leaving the rest.

    • Set up a repeatable personal AI toolset
  4. 4.Confidential material and senior use

    1 hrs

What may and may not go into a tool at executive level, where the stakes of a leak are highest.

    • Handle confidential material correctly in AI tools

How it is delivered

A facilitator runs the course live, in person or live online. Attendance is taken per session, participants submit work against the modules above, and a facilitator grades it. Those records stay with the organisation and can be exported.
