AI Tooling and Integration Clinic
A short clinic for teams whose tools are in place but underused or disconnected. Run against your organisation's actual toolset rather than a generic demo stack.
What participants can do afterwards
- Inventory the AI tools available to you and what each is actually for
- Connect an AI assistant to the documents and systems you work in
- Choose the right tool for a task instead of defaulting to one
- Escalate a tooling or access gap through the right channel
- Leave with a prioritised access-gap list your IT team can action
Modules
4 modules, 6 facilitated hours.
1.What you already have
1.5 hrsAn honest inventory of the tools the organisation provides and what each is for.
- Inventory available AI tools and their intended use
2.Connecting tools to your work
2.5 hrsGetting assistants pointed at the documents and systems people actually use.
- Connect an assistant to a real work source
3.Choosing by task, not habit
1 hrsMatching task types to the tools in your stack, instead of defaulting to whichever one is open.
- Match a task to the right tool in your stack
4.Closing the access gaps
1 hrsTurning the gaps found in the session into specific, routed requests that IT can actually action.
- Escalate a tooling gap as an actionable request
How it is delivered
A facilitator runs the course live, in person or live online. Attendance is taken per session, participants submit work against the modules above, and a facilitator grades it. Those records stay with the organisation and can be exported.
