Embedding AI in Daily Workflows

Moves participants from ad hoc use to repeatable practice. Each participant maps one of their own recurring workflows and rebuilds it with AI in the loop.

What participants can do afterwards

  • Map a recurring workflow you own and identify where AI fits
  • Build and test a reusable prompt or template for that workflow
  • Measure the time and quality difference against your current method
  • Hand the workflow to a colleague and confirm they can run it

Modules

3 modules, 6 facilitated hours.

  1. 1.Mapping a workflow you own

    1.5 hrs

    Each participant documents one recurring task end to end.

    • Produce a written map of a recurring workflow

  2. 2.Rebuilding it with AI in the loop

    3 hrs

    Facilitated rebuild, with the trainer working alongside each participant.

    • Build a reusable prompt or template for that workflow

  3. 3.Handover and measurement

    1.5 hrs

    Proving the workflow works for someone other than its author.

    • Hand a workflow to a colleague who can run it unaided

How it is delivered

A facilitator runs the course live, in person or live online or blended. Attendance is taken per session, participants submit work against the modules above, and a facilitator grades it. Those records stay with the organisation and can be exported.
